Take 1 capsule daily, in the morning.

In case of sunburn, increase the dose to 2 sun capsules per day, for 48 hours after the sunburn.

Visible results after 30 days.

It is recommended to take it for at least 3 consecutive months, during periods of high sun exposure. Ideally, take it 365 days a year, especially for people with light phototypes, sensitive skin or sun allergies.
